All prices are based on in-studio training in Howell, Michigan. For at-home, or outdoor visits within 15 miles, an additional travel fee of $20.00 per session is applied. For longer trips outside 15 miles, an additional $1.00 will be charged per mile traveled.

As a high level Rugby Player and heavy weight lifter, I have always had problematic areas, whether from tight, overused muscles, stiff or jammed joints, or pain from a myriad of injuries. I came to Callie for chronic issues with a shoulder and an upper back injury that had flared up and become painful. Callie was professional and thoughtful in her assessment and treatment of my issues through manual Bodywork. She not only reduced my pain, but tackled the origin of and resulting mobility problems from my injuries. Her treatment always left me feeling relieved and loosened up for days. She additionally had suggestions for what I could do on my own to help support and relieve pain in my shoulder and upper back, which I really appreciated.

For two years Callie worked with me on my path to injury recovery for a low back injury
She designed a series of core focused exercises while providing the manual bodywork necessary to untangle my hip flexor and sciatic problems. She is a meticulous coach that will push your comfort zone with the abundance of foundational exercises that she is a master of. Through our workouts together I was able to complete two 1,000+ km bicycle tours without any excessive fatigue or injury. If you are looking to strengthen and optimize your physical state, Callie is one of the best instructors on either continent.
