I offer a scientific approach to personal training, and over 10 years of experience.

The best of both worlds

My history.

My experience with sports

. . . . began at a young age as a semi-professional figure skater. Unfortunately I had to end my own sports career early due to an injury. Nevertheless, I remained true to the sport and made my passion my profession in 2013. I have worked in several fitness studios in the USA and in Germany as a group fitness trainer and personal trainer. In addition, I studied at the University of Michigan (B.Sc.) and became a certified Athletic Trainer (applied sports medicine), specializing in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. I have several years of experience in this field and have worked with athletes in American football, lacrosse, gymnastics, and Track and Field.

Today I combine my knowledge in sports medicine with my experience as a personal trainer to help you reach your full potential and fitness goals.

My understanding of fitness and training philosophy is based on a deep understanding of how the body works as a holistic system. Therefore, my primary focus is teaching and putting correct movement sequences into practice, while simultaneously addressing any weaknesses, tension, and limitations the body may be holding. This creates a strong, balanced basis on which you can pursue and achieve your fitness goals.
